Store Policy

If you have any questions, suggestions or an issue with any of my products, please send me a notecard inworld including your name (LEGACY NAME, not the display name) and transaction information, I will reply ASAP.
If I have not replied in a few days, i probably haven’t received your note. Send it to me again. I do NOT answer IM’s.
My customers are very important and i try to help in any possible way, but i’m not working 24×7 (just like in RL). I am human (like you), I like designing, have fun and relax.
I might be about to go to sleep, being focused on some external program, working as a DJ or simply enjoying of my virtual family and resting.

*Be polite; if you use bad manners i will not reply.

* If you accidentally double purchase in marketplace (and ONLY in this case), please send me a note with purchase data (number of transactions, product and date) and I will refund your money.

FAQ’s

1) I DID’N RECEIVE MY ITEM OR I GOT LOST.
Send a NOTECARD to Babs Draconia, within 24h of your purchase including YOUR NAME (not display name), NUMBER OF TRANSACTION AND DATE OF PURCHASE.
I will send it back to you as soon as possible.

2) I PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM TWICE. WHAT CAN I DO?(meaning: same item bought at the same time due to SL issues)
Send a NOTECARD with transaction details in the next 24h of your purchase.
Any other double purchase (not at the same time) is not responsibility of .:TheBeautifulOnes:.

3) I BOUGHT THE WRONG ITEM/UPSET WITH IT. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Sorry but  the ONLY case that I refund money is in duplicate purchases (point 2). I do demos for clothing and furniture, which are exposed on store, so try those before buying the items.
Therefore, there is no refund possible. No exceptions.

4) MY ITEM DOES NOT WORK (furniture, HUD’s, and other gadgets)
Basically, do the same as point 1 including also the issue. I will fix it ASAP.

5)ISSUES WITH MESHES (don’t load properly)
First, make sure your viewer has the appropriate graphics preferences.
The quality has to be on MEDIUM or more and the LOD factor must be at maximum (4,000) to properly appreciate all the item details.
You can change this settings on Preferences>Graphics.

6) I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER PERSON. CAN I DO IT?
Yes. I have a system to do it. Please read and follow the instructions provided in the store or do it via marketplace.

7)I SEND YOU A NOTE AND I DIDN’T GET ANSWER. ARE YOU ALIVE?
Sometimes the notes are lost. So, if in 48h I don’t give a reply, please contact me again. And sometimes i cannot log in, I’m human with a life outside of SL too, so please be patient 🙂
