If you have any questions, suggestions or an issue with any of my products, please send me a notecard inworld with your question or problem including your name (not the display name) and transaction information.
Please, please, please, don’t make me play detective by finding out who you are and what you bought.

If I have not replied in a few days, I probably haven’t received your note. Send it to me again.
I do not answer IM’s.

My customers are very important, and I try to help in any possible way, but, I’m not working 24×7 (just like in RL).
I am human (like you), I like designing, have fun, and relax.
I might be about to go to sleep, being focused on some external program, working as a DJ, or simply enjoying of my virtual family and resting.

I do not refund money or make exchanges on my items, even if you purchase a wrong item.

I am a non-English speecher.

I’m from Barcelona (Spain), podemos hablar en Castellano o si vols, en Català, but my English is not fluent, so I ask you patience 🙂

Be polite, if you use bad manners, I will not reply.

1) I DID’N RECEIVE MY ITEM OR I GOT LOST.

2) I PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM TWICE. WHAT CAN I DO?

(meaning: same item bought at the same time due to SL issues)

3) I BOUGHT THE WRONG ITEM OR I’M UPSET WITH IT. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Sorry, but the only case that I refund money is in duplicate purchases (point 2).
For poses, I make real photos (meaning not modified in photoshop), and for clothing and furniture I do demos, which are exposed on store and/or uploaded on MP, so try those demos before buying the items.

Also, I spend a considerable time writing descriptions with all specifications in vendors and in MP.

So, please read!

Therefore, there is no refund possible. No exceptions.

4) MY ITEM DOES NOT WORK (furniture, HUD’s, and other gadgets)

Production is broken GIFs
Basically, do the same as point 1 including also the issue. I will fix it ASAP.

5) ISSUES WITH MESHES (don’t load properly)

LOD -- "Level Of Detail" - Tradewinds Yacht Club
First, make sure your viewer has the appropriate graphics preferences.
The quality has to be on medium or more and the LOD factor must be at maximum (4,000) to properly appreciate all the item details.
You can change these settings on Preferences>Graphics.

6) I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER PERSON. CAN I DO IT?

Please read and follow the instructions provided in the store, or do it via marketplace.
